Admissions

Welcome To Holy Trinity School

Discover the difference at Holy Trinity School - where students from Preschool through 8th Grade grow in faith, achieve academic excellence, and develop a lifelong love of learning and service within a nurturing, Christ-centered community.

Application for Admission Process

We are delighted with your interest in Holy Trinity School! The application for admission process allows us to learn more about one another. Our goal is to admit students and families who share and support the school’s mission and philosophy, and who bring commitment to academic excellence, strong spiritual formation, and celebrate the uniqueness of each individual.

For the 2026 – 2027 school year, all students entering kindergarten must be five years old on or before October 1, 2026.  All students entering the first grade must be 6 years old on or before October 1, 2026. First and foremost, we are a Catholic school; therefore, Catholic students in our own parish will be given first consideration for acceptance.  Members of other parishes and non-Catholics will be considered if space is available.  Non-Catholic students will be expected to participate in all religious practices: Mass, religion class, and special programs.

Applicants will be accepted based on readiness to enter our program, which will be determined by the entrance exam, evaluation of the applicant packet, involvement in our parish, and use of Sunday envelopes.

Tuition and Fees

Tuition is due as published. Holy Trinity School has three tuition rates:  Holy Trinity Parishioner, Non-Parishioner and International Students. Extended Care – Before and After School care is offered-  Please reference the Tuition and fees section of the Parent Handbook.

All fees are non-refundable.  The school reserves the right to make the final determination regarding how much, if any, tuition is refunded.  As a matter of policy, the monthly tuition is not refunded if the student has attended the school for even a single calendar day of that month, regardless of the reason for leaving the school.

There is a late fee of $30 if monthly payments are not received on time for tuition.

When the inability to pay monthly installments exists, the principal must be contacted with a request for assistance. Any time a family’s account becomes delinquent, an appointment must be made with the principal. If no appointment is made, a letter will be sent home and the student(s) will be removed from class until parents contact the principal.

No gowns, diplomas, or other reporting forms will be available to any family who is not current with their tuition and/or fees. No student will be allowed to participate in an activity, including sports, which requires a fee, if the family’s account is not current.
The school may also deny to the student the privilege of participating in activities in cases where financial obligations are not being met.

The school is grateful to all parents who take their financial obligations seriously and meet them in a timely manner.  It is imperative that parents who are unable to make a payment for any reason contact Mr. DiLeva, Principal, immediately to discuss the matter.
