Report an Absence, Tardy, or Early Out

Use the form below to notify us if your student will be absent, arriving late, or leaving early. Please submit this as soon as possible, ideally before the school day begins.

Student Absent / Tardy Report

Please use this form to report your student's absence, tardy, or early dismissal. Before submitting, please review our attendance policy below:

- Arriving up to 30 minutes late = marked tardy
- Arriving 30+ minutes late = marked absent for half a day
- Leaving 30+ minutes before the end of the day = marked absent for half a day
- Not physically present in the classroom = marked absent
- Excessive absences (5 or more in a year) can affect financial assistance, extracurricular participation, and awards eligibility
- Students absent on a game day for any reason other than a verified medical appointment or family emergency will not be permitted to participate in a sport that day. If the absence occurs on a Friday, this restriction also applies to weekend events.
